Information
The rental area is inside the loop (please see aerial view photo.)
- $1,000 refundable security deposit
- $800 rental fee for daytime use (through 5:00 PM)
- $200 per additional hour after 5:00 PM and until sunset
Evening and nighttime rentals are quoted on an individual basis, depending on the event
For all events:
1. Renter is responsible for providing restroom facilities for their guests.
2. Renter is responsible for providing trash receptacles as needed during their event and for removal of trash from the field after the event.
3. Renter is responsible for providing security services for their event. The number required depends upon the event. For larger events, sworn officers may be required.
4. A Certificate of Insurance is required showing proof of insurance for a minimum of $1 million.
5. Renter may provide their own water and electricity necessary for the event. The use of any Museum electricity and water is NOT included. Those items may be negotiated separately depending on the needs of the event.
