The Cord Banquet Hall

This 15,000 sq. ft. room is located in a separate building directly behind the museum.

This hall easily hosts a wide variety of events such as proms, fundraisers, retirement parties, and graduations. It’s perfect for wedding receptions and ceremony/reception combinations and is roomy enough to seat up to 900 at tables or 1,500 using a theater seating layout.

Amenities

– Stage (32′ x 12′)

– Sound system featuring wireless microphones and easy accessibility from any laptop or Ipod.

– Dance floor (up to 24′ x 24′) can be placed anywhere in the banquet hall.

– A/V projection on 8 -60″ flat screen television monitors placed strategically throughout the room for ease of viewing from any seat. Easily accessed through your laptop computer.

– Cold-prep kitchen facilities are available.

– 72″ round tables and comfortable chairs are available for up to 600 of your guests. To accommodate larger groups, rental equipment may be brought in.

– Linens are available for rental. White, lap-length tablecloth only. $10/ea. + FL Sales Tax.

– Alcoholic beverage service is available. Please call for information.

– Optional Cleaning Fee $350 + FL Sales tax

Security/Damage Deposit: $500  Due at booking. (Refundable AFTER event — not deductible from rental fee)

Rental Fee: $500 Full Day Rental $3,000 + FL Sales Tax Full Day  Due 30 days prior to event.
